Richmond Advisory Services Inc. (RAS) has been engaged to provide property management services to the residential properties in the northwest quadrant of the St. George campus. They maintain an on-site office at 375 Huron Street, main floor.

Submit a Work Order on Rent Cafe

Rent Cafe is the online portal which will allow you to make rental payments, view your lease and submit maintenance requests. 

Please allow the property management team a reasonable amount of time to assess the request, prioritize, and address the problem.

Emergency Maintenance
& Repairs

The following are examples of what are deemed to be emergency maintenance calls:

  • Floods (other than those a resident can stop)
  • Loss of electrical power
  • Loss of heat
  • Loss of hot water

Property Management Office

Richmond Advisory Services Inc. (RAS) is appointed by the University of Toronto to provide property management services to our residential properties.

They maintain an on-site office at 375 Huron Street that is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You can reach the office by:

All necessary maintenance and repairs will be attended to either by RAS staff or by qualified contractors engaged by RAS. Response to maintenance requests should be received within 24 hours of submittal. Follow-up repairs and services may be required following initial assessment. The process will be managed entirely by the RAS property management team. Emergency maintenance issues, such as floods, loss of power or heat should be reported immediately to property management, using the 24-hour call center for issues that arise outside of regular business hours.  

RAS will also monitor the quality of the repairs and maintenance completed.  Please be sure to let RAS know if you believe these have been unsatisfactorily completed.  

The UFH Operations Team has assigned Diya Mehaisi as the onsite Property Operations Coordinator who will provide oversight and work very closely with the RAS team on day-to-day operations. Diya can be reached at diya.mehaisi@utoronto.ca.
