Residence Reminders and Updates

Lockdown in Toronto. As of Monday, November 23rd, the City of Toronto will be entering the grey zone or lockdown within Ontario’s COVID-19 framework. Please review the restrictions via

Wearing Masks and Social DistancingAll residents are reminded that masks are required in all public areas of our buildings – this includes hallways, elevators, lobbies, offices and laundry rooms. Residents are also asked to social distance whenever possible.

Elevator Repair in 30 Charles. With respect to the operation of building elevator #2, we would like to inform you that our elevator service provider has been able to locate replacement parts for the car, and has completed their installation. The elevator is now safe to use for residents, however, please note that the nature of the service required that the elevator speed be reduced by 30%. Residents will notice that the elevator runs smooth and quiet, but does take slightly longer to reach it’s destination and to open it’s doors. Please be assured that there are no safety concerns with the operation of the elevator. Our service provider will continue to source additional parts for this car to allow us to restore it to it’s original operation speed in the future.

Rent schedule. In order to make this easier to follow and avoid having to pay an extra month’s rent, please use this chart as a guide:
Submit by December 31st to move out on February 28th
Submit by January 31st to move out on March 31st
Submit by February 28th to move out on April 30th
