    Anyone who accepts an apartment with a move in date after December 1st 2012 will be signing a non-smoking lease. Current residents are exempt unless they transfer to a new apartment from 2013 onward.

    At Charles Street, student families move in and out all year around, so we accept applications on an ongoing basis.  Please note, though, that these apartments are not intended for short term accommodation or summer-only rentals.

     

    For those applicants who can move with little or no notice, in the current rental market we can often assist you quickly, although the summer months are always in high demand.

     

    If you have to move July-September, it may be several months or more to get an apartment. If you have to give your landlord two months' notice before moving, it will likewise be several months + to get a housing offer. 

     

    Accordingly, please apply online as early as possible - we do not require academic acceptance before you apply, this is required once we are ready to offer you an apartment.

     

    Financial, Visa and Family status documents are required before an apartment offer is confirmed.

     

    Applicants should inform us if they can move with less than 6 weeks notice.
